Join this 7 week immersive journey into each of your chakras! This is an experiential class where we’ll bring awareness and deep healing to each of our sacred wheels. We’ll also get to know ourselves better by understanding the state of each chakra and learning how to nurture it.

This class includes:

• In Depth understanding of chakra anatomy and function
• Psychological and physical associations to each chakra
• Sound, mantra, color, and several other chakra associations
• Sacred space to spend intimate time with each chakra and bring transformative healing
