Before my first session with April I knew very little about Reiki other than it had something to do with our bodies having 'energy centers.' I was a little skeptical but wanted to give it a try. For me it was like having a counseling session without having to say much. I had a stunning realization about myself during the session and when it was over I felt so peaceful. I am definitely going back for more!
